Awful support

I was really enjoying the game, then I made the mistake of buying an in app purchase. I never received what I bought and its now been over a month and I have still not heard back from anyone I contacted. I just urge anyone thinking of purchasing anything not too, I wasted money on nothing. Very displeased.
